    Step into the comforting heat of a wood-fired sauna, where warmth works its magic on a cellular level.     Guided Breathwork

    • Prepare for contrast therapy with mindful breathing.

    Sauna Therapy

    • Mindful rest and hydration between sauna rounds.

    Cold Plunge Immersion

    • Guided breathwork to prepare for the plunge.

    • Experience the invigorating benefits of cold water therapy.

    • Learn techniques to remain calm and present.

    • Warm tea

    • Reflection on sensations, insights, and personal takeaways.

    • Closing thoughts and next steps for daily nervous system care.

    This experience is designed to help you reset, recharge, and embrace the energy of spring with clarity and balance.

  • We provide you with everything that allows you to feel comfortable with us, here is what is provided:

    Included:

    • Facilitator that will guide you through a Breathwork Meditation Practice and Sauna & Cold Plunge Experience

    • Lemon Water and Tea

    • Chairs for relaxing

    • Luxury outdoor robe and blankets to keep you warm

    • Use of oracle cards for self-reflection

    Participants will provide:

    • Bathing suit or light clothing to wear in the sauna

    • Towels (2)

    • Water bottle

    • Slippers or sandals to wear to the sauna

    • Transportation to location

  • This experience is low impact and we encourage you to listen to your body.

  • What should I wear?

    Before arriving to your outdoor guided sauna experience, we recommend that you shower first.

    We recommend that you wear light breathable clothing or a bathing suit in the sauna.

    Light breathable clothing will prevent you from overheating in the sauna. Be sure that the clothing is breathable and won’t stick to your skin and cause irritation if you begin to sweat.

    Swimsuits are a great option if you plan on going swimming or taking a shower after your sauna session.

    Will there be a washroom on site?

    Yes! There will is a drop toilet on site.

    Will there be a change room to use?

    Yes! The sauna has a three-foot change room and the Lotus Belle Tent has a change room tent located inside.
