Sauna Sessions

Enjoy a sauna session in Sol, our wood-burning barrel sauna, at Echo Valley Provincial Park, located 45 minutes northeast of Regina!

Indulge in a moment of personal rejuvenation with our "Embrace the Warmth" self-guided sauna experience. This 75-minute retreat offers a sanctuary of warmth and relaxation, allowing you to unwind at your own pace and find solace in the embrace of the sauna.

This is a self-guided 75-minute sauna session to enjoy the Nordic Cycle of Hot-Cold-Rest-Repeat.

Choose between a Public Session or a Private Session!

We recommend that you enjoy 10-20 minutes in the hot room followed by a cooling off and rest period, then repeat for the duration of your session.

  • Enjoy a relaxing sauna session at Echo Valley Provincial Park!

    This is a self-guided 75-minute sauna experience. That means that you’ll check-in for your sauna session at the visitor centre and you’ll receive instructions on how best to sauna in your confirmation email when you sign up and in the sauna when you check-in!

    Choose between either the Public Sauna or a Private Sauna Experience.

    The Public Sauna is open to 6 people per time slot. If you book this option, you may be in the sauna with other community members! We find this is a great way to meet new people and share connection in the sauna!

    The Private Sauna is for you if you’d like to have the whole sauna to yourself and/or your crew!

    Upon booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with instructions on what to bring and how to check-in!

    We recommend that you enjoy 10-20 minutes in the hot room followed by a cooling off and rest period, then repeat for the duration of your session. An outdoor shower is available to use between May long weekend and September!

    This sauna session will be located at Echo Valley Provincial Park, approximately 45 minutes northeast of Regina.

    Please note, starting December 1st, sauna session will be 90 minutes in length for your enjoyment!

  • The sauna is available for pre-booking online.

  • Public Sauna (max 6 people)

    $35 CAD + tax/adult

    $15 CAD + tax/child

    Private Sauna

    $150 CAD + tax/private group until December 1st

    $175 CAD + tax/private group after December 1st

    (book the entire sauna for you and/or your crew, the sauna fit 6-8 people comfortably)

  • Here’s what’s included in your sauna session:

    • Access to the the wood-burning barrel sauna for your 75-minute session

    • Washrooms available to change in the Visitor Centre

    • Chairs outside the sauna for relaxing

    • Snow to roll in to cool off in the winter

    • Outdoor shower (only available mid-May to September)

    Here’s what you’ll bring for your sauna session:

    • Bathing suit or light weight clothing in the sauna (European style is available if you’ve booked a private sauna session)

    • Water bottle

    • Towel(s)

    • Slippers or sandals to wear to the sauna

    • Robe (optional)

    Upon booking, you'll receive a code to use when booking your 5 sauna sessions!

  • What should I wear?

    Before arriving to your sauna session, we recommend that you shower first.

    We recommend that you wear light breathable clothing or a bathing suit in the sauna.

    Light breathable clothing will prevent you from overheating in the sauna. Be sure that the clothing is breathable and won’t stick to your skin and cause irritation if you begin to sweat.

    What should I bring?

    • Bathing suit or light weight clothing

    • Towel

    • Water bottle

    • Robe or large jacket to wear to the sauna

    Are washrooms available onsite?

    Yes, washrooms are available to use inside the visitor centre. You can also use these to change.

    Is there a shower available?

    An outdoor shower is available outside the sauna from mid-May to September!
