This is a self-guided 90-minute sauna session to enjoy the Nordic Cycle of Hot-Cold-Rest-Repeat.

This Public Sauna Session is open to 6 people per time slot. Enjoy this sauna session wit other community members, this is a great way to meet other sauna enthusiasts!

Sled Dog & Sauna Experience
Echo Valley Provincial Park
1.5 hours
$150 CAD + tax/adult (minimum 2 people per sled)
$100 CAD + tax/child (minimum 2 people per sled ) * Child is under 11 years old
Dates: Saturday, January 11th and Sunday, January 12th
This experience includes:
15 minute sled dog adventure by Campbell's Racing Sled Dog Tours
1-hour sauna experience by Back2Nature Wellness & Adventures.
Your Sled Dog Experience will begin by learning about the dogs and then enjoying a 15-minute sled dog ride through the trails at the Park followed by rewarding the dogs with cuddles!
Following your sled dog adventure, you'll unwind and warm up in the wood-burning barrel sauna for a 1-hour session. This sauna session will be shared with a few other guests as they make their way from their Sled Dog Experience.
Sled Dog Only Experience

$100 CAD + tax/1 adult (minimum 2 people per booking)
$50 CAD + tax/1 child (minimum 2 people per booking)
