Full Moon SUP Paddle
Join us for a Full Moon Paddle on a Stand-up Paddleboard to harness the power of releasing!
Experience the power of nature and connection with yourself or your community on the water during this Full Moon Stand-up Paddling Adventure. This unique opportunity includes a guided paddle along the river in Saskatoon, where you will launch and end your journey. Learn essential paddling techniques and safety guidelines for stand-up paddleboarding, ensuring you make the most of your time on the water.
The experience will begin with an intentional oracle card pull, setting a meaningful theme for your paddle. An intentional oracle card pull at the beginning to set a theme for the paddle;
Two hours on the water to relax and unwind while the river flows underneath you and releases what no longer serves you; and
Releasing ceremony on the water with an oracle card pull for you!
Full Moon Releasing Power
Each month we gather for a night to ground in nature and release any attachments, thoughts, emotions or limiting belief systems using the full moon energy.
-
Each month we guide you on an explorative nighttime nature adventure to deepen your connection with nature and yourself!
This evening will begin with a group oracle card pull to set a theme for the evening. Next, you’ll venture out on your stand-up paddleboard adventure on the water to discover the connection with nature around you. Finally, you’ll engage in a full moon releasing ceremony and oracle card pull on the water before ending the evening.
We gather for a unique releasing ceremony in which you will have the opportunity to release any attachments from the previous month. When you release attachments, such as old thought patterns, unprocessed emotions and limiting belief systems, it provides you with the opportunity to unravel a version of you that you've adopted along the way and sink into a more authentic version of you!

Our full moon paddle starts out with getting you set up with the equipment you need, all supplied by Back2Nature Wellness & Adventures. After providing you with an overview of the evening and safety information, we will pull an Oracle Card to set a theme for the evening. Then, we will venture off on our paddle, exploring the area along the way.
Then, we gather on the water and engage in a full moon releasing ceremony. Your guide will walk you through this process and provide you with the supplies and information on which astrological sign the full moon is stationed in which will give you more insight into what you may wish to release. Before we head back you’ll pull an oracle card to discover an empowering message!
Following the ceremony, we all paddle back together as a group to the launch location.

Level 1: This experience is open to beginner paddlers. You are welcome to sit for the entire duration of the experience. You must be comfortable paddling in a straight line, turning and stopping. Having taken a stand-up paddleboard lesson previously is recommended if you’re feeling unsure. We offer lessons if you’re feeling like that may be beneficial prior to an experience with Back2Nature!
The paddle will be a leisure paddle, depending on the wind. You will have the option of standing or sitting for the duration of the paddle.
Your guide is a Paddle Canada Instructor and will brief you on paddling techniques and safety information.
