The Learn to SUP Level 1 lesson is suitable for all skill levels, including those that have never been on a SUP before. We keep our class sizes small (max 6 people) so that our instructor can work 1:1 to ensure everyone is supported where they are at, and everyone leaves with new skills and knowledge to allow them to feel safe and confident on the water!
The Learn to SUP Level 2 lesson is for those who have taken our Level 1 lesson or an equivalent and would like to learn advanced skills.

What should I wear?
You can wear a swim suit underneath a base layer (we recommend a merino wool short sleeved or long sleeved top). As for bottoms, we recommend wearing a quick dry material of shorts, capris or pants and bringing with you a pair of rain pants and jacket. As for your feet, we recommend submersible footwear that you can get wet. Please bring with you an extra change of clothes and footwear.
Do you supply life jackets?
Yes, we have various sizes of PFDs/life jackets that we provide, along with a whistle attached!
