Unplugged Wilderness Retreat

in Narrow Hills Provincial Park, Saskatchewan

A Wilderness Retreat to connect with your heart and soul in the Boreal Forest!

Unplug. Reconnect. Thrive.

Step away from the distractions of daily life and immerse yourself in the raw beauty of Zeden Lake. The Unplugged Wilderness Retreat is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with a like-minded community. Over the course of this retreat, we’ll camp along the sandy shores, paddle across crystal-clear waters, and engage in breathwork, mindful exercises, and guided experiences, all designed to help you realign with your natural rhythm.

Nature as Your Guide.

Here, the wilderness becomes your teacher. Each morning, we’ll greet the day with a paddleboard breathwork session, letting the gentle movement of the water guide us into presence. As the sun warms the shoreline, we’ll embark on outdoor experiences, tuning into the wisdom of the land and water and the messages of the elements. Evenings will be spent gathered around the fire, sharing reflections under a vast, star-filled sky.

A Retreat for the Soul.

This is more than just a getaway—it’s a journey inward. Whether you seek clarity, renewal, or adventure, this retreat offers the space to reset and realign. The combination of movement, breath, and the healing power of nature creates the perfect setting for deep transformation and self-discovery.

I visited Saskatoon for the first time to come to a weekend retreat with Back2Nature Wellness and Adventures, and I couldn't be more impressed! Kyla was a fantastic guide; she is very knowledgeable, organized, and warmhearted. The small group setting fostered community with each other and connection with nature. I felt completely welcomed and taken care of the entire time. I highly recommend this experience to locals and travelers alike!
