Book a self-guided 90-minute sauna session to enjoy the Nordic Cycle of Hot-Cold-Rest-Repeat.

We recommend that you enjoy 10-20 minutes in the hot room followed by a cooling off and resting period, then repeat for the duration of your session.

Enjoy a shower after your session at the outdoor shower next to the Sauna!

    This is a self-guided 90-minute sauna experience. That means that you’ll check-in for your sauna session by following the instructions in your confirmation email when you sign up!

    Upon booking, you'll receive instructions on what to bring and how to check-in!

    We recommend that you enjoy 10-20 minutes in the hot room followed by cooling off and a rest period, then repeat for the duration of your session. Enjoy a shower after your session at the outdoor shower provided.

    This sauna session will be located at Camp Wolf Willow, approximately 45 minutes south of Saskatoon.

  • Public Sauna (max 6 people)

    $35 CAD + tax/adult

    $15 CAD + tax/child

    Private Sauna

    $150 CAD + tax/private group

    (book the entire sauna for you and/or your crew, the sauna fit 6-8 people comfortably)

  • Here’s what’s included in your sauna session:

    • Access to the the wood-burning barrel sauna for your 75-minute session

    • Washrooms available to change at the winery

    • Chairs outside the sauna for relaxing

    • Outdoor shower (only available May to October)

    Here’s what you’ll bring for your sauna session:

    • Bathing suit or light weight clothing in the sauna (European style is available if you’ve booked a private sauna session)

    • Water bottle

    • Towel(s)

    • Slippers or sandals to wear to the sauna

    • Robe (optional)

  • What should I wear?

    Before arriving to your sauna session, we recommend that you shower first.

    We recommend that you wear light breathable clothing or a bathing suit in the sauna.

    Light breathable clothing will prevent you from overheating in the sauna. Be sure that the clothing is breathable and won’t stick to your skin and cause irritation if you begin to sweat.

    Discovering primitive pottery by making your own beaded wall hanging! This is a hands-on activity where you will be designing and decorating beads from raw clay, firing them in a primitive style fire pit, then putting all the pieces together in an arrangement as unique as you are!
